The Group has set up a joint venture with InterIsle Development Ltd. ("InterIsle"), a joint venture of Interlink Group ("Interlink") and Island Global Yachting ("IGY"), to develop Beef Island in the British Virgin Islands (“BVI Project"). ADHL further expanded its resort development in
Playa Grande in the Province of Chiriqui in Panama ("Panama Project").
